"What makes only a FEMALE Candidate qualify for this, and not a MALE candidate.
I personally find this sex-biased job requirements pretty unethical.
I am wonder how you can mail such job requirements to this large group.
I believe it is a OK in do this kind things India.

You cannot post a job requirement only for Female Candidates and still not sound unethical. I am not blaming the consultant who posted this job requirement, but the onus of cross checking the job posting is on the company. As usual, the name of the company is not given in the posting.
